The Program

Each mentoring season, IUNIA opens up applications for young Indonesian to enroll in our dedicated mentorship program. Through IUNIA mentorship program, mentees will be assigned to one mentor that will give them a step-by-step guide on how to apply and obtain an internship at the United Nations.  From finding an internship vacancy to conducting interviews and completing selection tests, mentors will share their personal tips and guides based on their experience.

The Process

IUNIA mentorship program will be conducted in several seasons. Each mentoring season will last for 1 year where mentees will be assigned to a dedicated mentor. Mentees are encouraged to follow-up on their progress with their mentors beyond the official mentoring season.

The Purpose

IUNIA believes in collective growth and knowledge sharing. By passing down the personal experience of each mentor, IUNIA mentorship program is aiming to help mentees navigate through UN complex system. IUNIA hopes to be the bridge between the UN and aspiring youth who wish to contribute towards the effort of achieving the Global Goals through internships and other UN-related opportunities.
